Stafford Communications will work with your team to research and develop opportunities for client events and marketing campaigns depending on trends, new developments and needs in the marketplace. Our team is well equipped to coordinate every aspect from securing venues, finding speakers and entertainment, securing sponsorship, building attendance, overseeing event activities and solidifying media coverage and social media impressions. We create a brand and then develop the tools needed, including web presence, content creation, digital marketing, video production, social media, and media coverage.
We are Here for You
In the height of the pandemic when patients weren’t going to see their doctors, Stafford Communications created a campaign that included a powerful video stressing the need for patients to get regular checkups. Worried about a secondary health crisis involving neglected healthcare, 30 physicians representing 83 communities throughout the country worked with our team to send a message: don’t neglect your health care. “The We Here for You” campaign, included the creation of a website, email campaign to patients, social media push, secured media coverage and resulted in more than 8,000 hits to the website and 10,000 video viewers.
60 Strong
Stafford Communications was instrumental in the creation of “60 Strong,” which honors inspirational people in their 60s who have overcome health conditions, achieved remarkable levels of fitness and donate time to charitable work. Working with physicians groups. we rolled out the 60 Strong initiative in 10 U.S. markets recognizing seniors between ages 60 and 69 by featuring them as pin ups on calendars. Twelve winners in each market were treated to a kick-off party and professional photo shoot and were paid for their modeling time. The calendars also feature area activities and events and offer educational background Medicare beneficiaries exploring their options. Calendar sales benefit a local charity. The campaign has been featured in national and local media — receiving over 7 million impressions.
The Cure Is Us
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Stafford Communications helped secure media coverage a campaign called “The Cure is Us,” which involved testimonials from national celebrities who encouraged everyone to make a pledge to adhere to CDC guidelines by social distancing and wearing a mask. Celebrity testimonials included former White Sox player and Hall of Famer Bo Jackson; Olympic and World Champion ski racer Mikaela Shiffrin; and “Bachelor” star Ben Higgins. Media coverage included the Chicago Tribune, The Denver Post, ABC7 and NBC5.
